In the summer of 1996 the accordions quintet „CANTUS“ started it‘s own creative work. The accordions quintet won the second prize in the international accordion music competition “Citta di Castelfidardo” (Italy) in 1996 and 1999. In 1998 anssamble became the winner of international accordion music festival “Innsbruck – 98” (Austria). They were also very succesfull in international competition “Pianello Val Tidone – 2000” (Italy). The quintet won the second prize of international competition in the same city.
